1 more Push is run by a mother/daughter team with the help    
of a few other hard working stay-at-home Mom's and a lot of      
family  support.

Many people ask us how we got started and "why labor and        
delivery kits".  Well, the idea took form in March of 2006.      
My Mother was diagnosed with cancer and I wanted nothing more    
than to take care of her.  I immediately closed my Home Day      
Care business and my Mom moved in with my husband, our son(4)    
and me (then 6 months pregnant).

During the time my Mom was sick, we would often brainstorm      
how I could remain a stay-at-home mom while earning the extra    
income needed to meet our family's needs.  One day, while        
packing for the arrival our new baby, my Mom was reminiscing     
about the recent birth of my nephew.  She recounted all the      
things that my brother had packaged up for his wife to use       
during childbirth--there was our idea!! A grab-and-go kit        
containing all of the items our family has used while giving     
birth.  Along with my new daughter, our company 1 more Push    
was born.

Since that time, my Mom is in remission and we've been          
working non-stop getting these kits completed and ready for      
sale.

We are also expecting Baby #3 in April!!
